Small place but cool vibe. Old stuff on the wall, neat brick everywhere. At first it was odd having a TV at every table, I'll admit, but I think it was adding to more of a quasi-pub vibe it had. Plenty of drinks you could order as well. I wanted a burger and I got a burger. Bit high on price but I saw it was all made to order and really good.

Checked this place out today on lunch, great people, service was awesome and the burgers are crazy good. I had the Onion cheddar cheddar or whatever but it was delightful. 1000% recommend!!!

We ordered the black and blue burger, a jr cheeseburger and sweet potato waffle fries. They were some of the best burgers we've had in a while. The fries came with caramel sauce, which made the fries even better. The staff was very friendly. We'll definitely eat here again!

We were driving along Rt. 50 in Lawrenceburg and saw the sign for Whisky's Restaurant. We stopped in, thinking Whisky's and The Lawrenceburger had a shared entrance. Nope! Whisky's entrance was around the side of the building, off the parking lot. But, we COULDN'T leave the Lawrenceburger once we got a whiff of those grilled burgers. The featured burger is 1/2 pound; a little more than we wanted for lunch. So, we went with the 1/4 pound platter: burger, fries and cole slaw. So glad we made this selection. The burger was the perfect size and we had ours topped with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo. Talk about a perfect burger!!! This was absolutely delicious and oh so juicy. I think I used 6 napkins. The cole slaw was just as good. Not too sweet and not too tangy. Just perfect. This also came with a large helping of some of the best fries I've had in a long time. They were long and thinly cut with what appeared to be a light coating, and they were fried to perfection. Crispy on the outside and light/tender on the inside. And hot, too. No cold fries in this place. We started talking with another couple at the table next to ours. They were just passing through town, heading back home to Wisconsin, after spending time in Gatlinburg and stopped by on a whim. They decided to try a hometown place versus a fast food burger stop. They were just finishing their meal as we ordered ours. They had the same positive comments about their meal that we had as we took our first bites. This is definitely on our list of places to visit again when we return to southern Indiana. (We were told by the server that the Sloppy Joe is a favorite. We may have to try that on the next visit, although it would be very difficult to pass up the burger platter.)

Theres a case of peanuts that you can eat while waiting for food. The floors are a mess with peanuts, but dont be grossed out. This is expected. Lawrencenurger was delicious and thick. Veggies were fresh and juicy. I'm not a fan their mushroom burger, which has a patty made of mushroom, but my wife enjoyed it. The sweet potato fries combined with their dipping sauce tastes like a funnel cake

Good lunch special. It's a one cook show: food is fresh, but may take a minute.

I love this place. I have been coming with my now-wife after Perfect North ski trips for almost 15 years. I think it’s one of the best burgers in the area and the cheese curds and sweet potato fries (with caramel dip) are THE best. I don’t know why it isn’t a solid 4.8 on here or better, although I noticed on this last trip that they are not open late. It is a great place to get a burger and/or beer!
